Carrot Cake

Cinnamon-spiced carrot, walnut, coconut and pineapple cake with layers of cream cheese frosting, frosted with rich buttercream.  

We suggest leaving your cake out at room temperature for at least 3 hours before serving to allow the buttercream to soften for optimal taste and texture.
