Lemon Cream Cake

Vanilla cake with layers of lemon curd mousse, finished with vanilla swiss buttercream and lemon zest.

We suggest leaving your cake out at room temperature for at least 3 hours before serving to allow the buttercream to soften for optimal taste and texture.
